Your role

As a SOC Intern at Maxis, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• Monitor SIEM
• Conduct security analysis based on the assignment given by L2
• Escalate and respond to customer tickets based on the L2 feedback
• Improvise SOC Playbook
• Assist other SOC-related matters
