Your role

In this position, you will be accountable for the tasks below:

  • To monitor the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system based on internal and external threat intelligence to ensure the safety and security of the clients.
  • Review alerts generated by security monitoring tools and provide recommendations to enhance alerts for more efficient monitoring.
  • Monitor subscribed threat intelligence on security events and incidents of special interest to clients.
  • Stay current with the latest news on information security, including tactics used by adversaries and the threat landscape.
  • Prepare weekly threat intelligence updates for customers.
  • To enhance the SOC Playbook by incorporating Threat Intelligence.
  • Respond to and manage customer tickets based on feedback from L2 support.
  • To assist other SOC-related matters.
  • Improvement on the Threat Intelligence Playbook.
