Your role

In this role, you will do the tasks below:

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct initial phone with candidates to assess their fit for the role, clarify job expectations, and gather additional information.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates, networking, and fostering relationships with potential talent.
• Conduct research and analysis to map out talent markets within specific industries or job functions, identifying key players, trends, and potential recruitment strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of the Maxis Graduate Program.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process for all parties involved.

Work-life balance

According to most employees, the work-life balance in Maxis is fairly good with regular hours, 8 hours a day, and flexible working hours. Some positions like those who work at technical support or customer service may work in shifts, with the available hours below (including a 1-hour break):

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About you
