Your role

In this role, you will do the tasks below:

• Support the team in Young Talent programs, including Scholarship, Internship & Graduate program initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Young Talent team to plan, develop, and deliver campus engagement initiatives such as career fairs and industrial visits.
• Assist the Young Talent team in gathering information relating to universities as part of Maxis' campus engagement strategy.
• Work closely with the Employer Brand team to promote Maxis as an employer of choice through various marketing and communication initiatives.
• Contribute to content production including research, ideation, and content creation.
• Assist with event management including planning, promotions, and execution.

Work-life balance

According to most employees, the work-life balance in Maxis is fairly good with regular hours, 8 hours a day, and flexible working hours. Some positions like those who work at technical support or customer service may work in shifts, with the available hours below (including a 1-hour break):

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About you

• Basic Microsoft Office skills, such as Powerpoint and Excel 
• Prior experience with design tools and video editing software, such as Canva and Filmora, is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)

• Detail-orientated, fast learner, friendly, and approachable
