Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks & responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering for digitalization & automation
• Develop solutions and perform user acceptance
• Maintain documentation for the projects as standard-defined
• Ideate, Initiate & Propose any opportunity for improvement for digitalization Suggest tools, infra, and improvement to improve current efficiency
• To learn business processes, stakeholder management, and asking the right questions by involving in digitalization

Work-life balance

According to most employees, the work-life balance in Maxis is fairly good with regular hours, 8 hours a day, and flexible working hours. Some positions like those who work at technical support or customer service may work in shifts, with the available hours below (including a 1-hour break):

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

About you

For this role, Maxis prefers a candidate who has the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
• Preferably those majoring in IT/Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science and Engineering studies
• Fast learner, friendly, and approachable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail
