In this role, you will lead all recruiting efforts to attract, assess and cultivate talent from the core and emerging sources. This includes identifying and building personal relationships with target candidates, managing a high volume of applications and leading and/or supporting large-scale interview days, and cultivating relationships in celebrations events.
You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruiting results and disseminating all relevant information relating to your efforts including developing an annual analysis of recruiting results against historical and competitive benchmarks and identifying strategies to improve recruiting initiatives.
