Your role

• Project Title:
  • Process time study for entire MMP manufacturing operations.
• Description:
  • Complete the time study for Comp Assy, Test, SSD, and Module manufacturing operations.
• Scope:
  • Engage with the manufacturing/ process engineering team to understand and perform time study.
  • Data collection and identification of missing process steps for FIX/LMR/LVR operations.
  • Analysis of time study and revision of FIX, LMR, and LVR.
• Supporting Team:
  • Mfg
  • Process Engineering
  • Equipment Engineering
  • IE
• Deliverables:
  • Able to redefine the existing FIX, LMR, and LVR Headcount data measurement
  • Resulting in the improvement of the Headcount model.
  • Able to improve the Labor Productivity Index.
• Stretch Goal:
  • Involve in providing inputs for improving the headcount analysis
  • Able to identify Non-value activities in the process

About you

To apply for this role you must have a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
