Your role

Description

• To improve machine performance through tool tool-to-tool variation reduction and identify factors causing assembly chronic defects
• Learn how to analyze and read different types of data sources. You will learn basic info on how IC is being assembled and what are the tools used to build these products, in your job, you will help to improve Quality by improving machine efficiency and how to prevent rejection or quality risk from happening.

• Engage with the Equipment engineering group
• Data collection and analysis

Supporting Team

• Equipment maintenance group
• Equipment line sustaining group
• Process engineering group

• Learn about Machine calibrations
• Review equipment checklist
