  • MMP SLT Mobo Test Performance Study
• Description
  • Study the SLT pre-test errors at levels 1 and 2 and seek opportunities for enhancement
• Scope
  • Perform survey, Pareto analysis, cause & effect, enhancement, and control plan
• Supporting team
  • Process Engineer and technicians
  • Equipment Engineer and technicians,
  • FA Engineers and technicians,
  • Manufacturing Supervisor & Trainers.
• Deliverables
  • Study the type and recurrence of screen errors at SLT levels 1 and 2
  • Perform a commonality study on the data collected
• Stretch goal
  • Recommend applicable changes to cross-site team members to ensure standardization is achieved between sites.
  • Improve the current SLT pre-test errors
