Training & development

During your internship at Mondelēz, you'll hold a significant role within the company, engaging in genuine tasks and responsibilities right from the beginning. Mondelēz will establish ambitious objectives for you at the onset. With the assistance of a mentor and consistent assessments from your manager, they will guide you in attaining these goals. Although it will present challenges, successful performance could open the possibility of a graduate position being extended to you.

Career progression

This internship program is offered to students in all relevant degree programs and graduates who may not have completed an internship as part of their degree. Therefore, this program only lasts between 3 to 12 months and doesn't provide an opportunity for permanent employment. However, you can still apply for other entry-level positions once you have obtained your degree.

Work-life balance

Work-life balance at Mondelez Malaysia during this internship program is maintained through standard full-time working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Additionally, the possibility of flexible working arrangements ensures that your work-life balance remains intact as you participate in this internship.
