Work-life balance

In this program, you will be working full-time within regular hours, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There is also an option to have flexible working arrangements so your work-life balance should be okay while you join this program.

About you

To apply for this role at Mondelēz Malaysia, you need to meet the requirements below:

  • Bachelor’s degree (with GPA 3.0 and above) in Engineering.
  • Well-rounded Background in Academics & Extra-curricular Activities
  • One year of working experience or less.
  • Must be mobile, possess own transport, and able to relocate when needed
  • Willing to be relocated (Shah Alam or Penang)

Job-specific requirements: 

  • Active Leadership and Participation in Different Organizations.
  • Proficient in English and have strong communication skills.
  • High Resiliency & Drive for Results.
