It is designed to give Management Trainees cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

In this program, you will be working full-time within regular hours, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There is also an option to have flexible working arrangements so your work-life balance should be okay while you join this program.
