Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program is an accelerated 12-month career development program in Mondelēz International. It is designed to give Management Trainees cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning & development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the trainees dive into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy while collaborating with a diverse regional team.

Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program at Mondelēz International is a 12-month accelerated career development program. It offers Management Trainees the opportunity to gain cross-functional business exposure and hands-on experiential learning. Through rotations, trainees collaborate with a diverse regional team, working closely with an assigned Buddy to unlock their potential and discover the secrets of the company's business.

Taste The Future Southeast Asia Management Program at Mondelēz International is a 12-month accelerated career development program. If you perform well in this program, the chance is you may secure a higher-level position at this company.

Work-life balance

In this program, you will be working full-time within regular hours, 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There is also an option to have flexible working arrangements so your work-life balance should be okay while you join this program.

About you

• Fresh graduates from either a Bachelor' or Master's program

Additional qualifications that will make your application more preferred: 

• Excellent academic standing
• Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities & projects
• High drive for results
• High level of agility and independence
• Openness to coaching
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other local dialects are a plus
• Must be willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the country during and after the program
