Your role

The Nestlé Management Trainee Programme is geared towards developing high-potential individuals as future leaders in various aspects of the business. This two-year program provides Management Trainees with a real immersive learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the value chain.

Training & development

Through a strong Coaching Network of internal and external coaches, Nestle offers professional coaching services. Through Nestle's Everyday Coaching practices and training, all employees have everyday access to coaching tools and approaches. 70% of learning occurs through experience, like work shadowing in a brand-new position that you are unfamiliar with; 20% occurs through relationships, like getting feedback, coaching, or mentoring; and 10% occurs through education, like going to training sessions, attending conferences, or completing online courses.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or its equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of working experience.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
