- Perform invoicing
- Monitor receivables accounts
- Issue order form from the system
- Verify Purchase Invoice amount against Purchase Order
- Monitor payables accounts
- Maintenance and recovery of returned Cheque.
- Assist in costing
- Handle intercompany transactions
- Update order movement listing
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Provide finance support in an ad-hoc project(s) as and when required
