Your role

As a service operation executive at Perodua, you will be responsible for the following roles:

• To plan and implement Service Centre activities, operations, and manpower
• To work on meeting monthly Service Centre’s operations target
• To strategize and analyze Service Centre performance
• To ensure adherence of Service Policies and Procedures in daily operations
• To ensure high quality of work – service and repair jobs
• To ensure cleanliness of workshop area by following high housekeeping standard (5’S)
