Marketing & Training Advisor, Commercial null

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall training process and requirement within L&S, and in ensuring a training curriculum is in place for internal and external Distributors sales force
• Organize, coordinate and facilitate training courses with outsourced vendors and Subject Matter Experts for all L&S internal and external training requirement
• Support in coordinating Distributor training delivery and tracking
• Plan, coordinate and execute Lubes & Specialties marketing, advertising and promotion programs to achieve L&S volume plans and within allocated marketing budget
• Coordinate with Marketing supporting staff on all matters related to L&S marketing, advertising, & promotional programs
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to Petron’s standard designs as approved by Marketing Department
• Develop L&S marketing materials, product labels and packaging, etc in such a manner as to project a consistent image for Petron L&S in the market place

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Science / Business Administration or Economics with CGPA >3.00.
• Preferably minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing related to lubricants business
• Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to conduct business presentations.
• Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company as well as interfaces with customers and external parties.
