Role description & responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of the PSI project
  • Assist in preparing impactful reports for senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate and execute the PSI initiative effectively
  • Track and measure project goals and KPIs and drive continuous improvement and positive impact
  • Oversee logistics and management of donations, sponsorships, and collaboration with PSI partners, including relationship development and grant reporting
  • Provide administrative support and assist with general office duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the PSI department
  • The purpose of the Protégé Program is to support the Division by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, FUSE, Digital on Demand
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in other departments and with external contacts.
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
  • Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
  • Prepare marketing material and upload material on the Pfizer system

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
  • Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
  • A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
