Your role

As a SAP COE Business Analysis Intern, you will be allowed to learn or increase your knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and related business processes in the functional stream you will work for (Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, Demand To Replenish, and Record To Report (Finance)).

Main responsibilities

• Monitor incoming incidents and other support activities.
• Analyze reported incidents or enhancements.
• Perform business process reviews.
• Document findings.
• Perform testing about issue resolution, new changes, or new/existing project deployment.
• Support change management initiatives and keep the training content up to date.
• Support PPG businesses to implement and operate SAP S/4 HANA efficiently.

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Excellent educational track record
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Effective communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organization skills, Multitasking.
• Analytical and conceptual skills, problem solver profile.
• Must have a strong systems and process orientation.
• Excellent team player.
• Fluent in English is a must. Knowing other languages is a plus.
• The role is located in Shah Alam. The internship is a minimum of 12 weeks.
• Must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
