Career Prospects at Prosple

I'm not really looking at any promotions at the moment. It's more of just doing my best to help and do the tasks given to me.

There are good opportunities for continued promotion for me.

There's a clear career path for each type of team member, defined by KPIs and evaluated during annual reviews. Everyone's free to propose new projects or business ideas, and if they get buy-in from management, are free to pursue them. Everyone's partly a business analyst in that sense.

As its a growing company there's a lot of opportunities to grow with it.

Prosple is growing quickly, which means opportunities for career progression are constantly opening up within the business.

I'm at a point of my career where I have no aspirations for titles or ranks anymore. I actually prefer a semi-flat organization with a few people at management providing the company's direction and context. I'd rather measure my success by how much I've helped the company expand its positive impact in the field it's in.

As a young startup, the potential for career progression is enormous.

They established a career path late last year for career progression. You just need to attain a level where you can confidently lead the role you have and that would take you to the next step.
