Your role

About the department:

The Agency Admin department is responsible for processing for New Agent Applications submitted by the Agency Force. Agency Admin ensures that the processing of these applications adheres to both Company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key assignment work:

• Processing of New Agent Applications to adhere and comply in accordance with the Contracting Standard of Procedures (SOP) 
• Handling Customer inquiries pertaining to New Agent applications or other contracting matters.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports, e.g., analyzing the new agent contracting trend, and comparing last year's vs this year's contracting numbers.
• Follow-up follow-through with stakeholders (peers, sales team, agency force, regulatory) pertaining to new contracting queries/emails.

Training & development

Prudential Malaysia provides training and trainee packages for interns. A professional mentor will provide guidance, support, and networking opportunities as you continue to function in your internship role. In addition, you will be involved in the company's project so that you gain knowledge from real-world working experience.
