The Role

To assist the organization in achieving successful implementation on system migration, regulatory requirement (Full Sustainability), new product launches and campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities

End-to-end System testing on certificate document and mobility (Product Illustration / PDS)

• To prepare UAT test script for both UI and SI
• To help conduct UAT for LifeGen and LifeQuote modules for all new and enhanced products development
• To assist in mobility ORT before PruBSN mobility goes live
• To assist in UAT on OMS – certificate document and SI Regen

Regulatory Projects: Full Sustainability – PI/PDS Enhancement and TOF/MA/FTFC

• To assist in preparing the new Product Illustration / PDS template and Cert Doc
• Coordination on meetings and discussion, taking minutes
• Prepare the requirements – system requirement (screen shots) and write-up
• UAT checking on Sustainability Statement and Annual Statement

Product Sales Tracking and Campaign Report

• To generate periodic product sales tracking, demographic and locations
• To generate campaign reports for both agency and customers incentive
• Documentation and record keeping for incentive and campaign
