Responsibilities

• To review takaful proposals by assessing personal profile, medical report, and legal information.
• Approve and decline Takaful applicants based on risk analysis and in accordance with client’s underwriting and compliance guidelines.
• To analyse the risk involved and make recommendation accordingly within the set turnaround time and service level.
• Keep up to date on new or enhanced products / services to maintain a high level of quality service to clients.  
• Support reporting Team Leader in meeting agreed staff and section’s productivity and performance.
• Assist in any System related issues and Involved in various Projects regardless of production or non-production related.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
