Account Executive Intern null

Your role

In this role, you will have the key responsibilities below:

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned tasks.
• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors, and the client to ensure timely completion of projects/campaigns.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls. 
• Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign tools.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendors, and internal teams on the status of projects.
• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas.
• Assist in preparing Ad briefs through client's accordance and data analysis.  
• Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor's trend/analysis.
• Meticulous and attention to detail on reports, visuals, and assigned tasks.
• Share internal/external information, insight, knowledge, etc.
• Follow work process and organization operation policies.
• Any other reasonable duties, functions, or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.
• Thorough understanding of agency functions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time, and self-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent coordination and follow-through skills.
• Strong sense of initiative, a team player, and ability to work under pressure. 

About you

To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• Must have interest to gain experience in Marketing & Advertising agency.
• Capable of Communication and Presentation skills.
• Capable to be multitasking, prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be able to communicate at least in English.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant valid visas to work in Malaysia.
