Your role

What you'll do:

• Assist in identifying and sourcing high-caliber candidates for key roles across various industries.
• Conduct detailed candidate research using databases, social media, and other headhunting techniques.
• Engage with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and interest in new opportunities.
• Support senior headhunters with market mapping and talent pool development.
• Participate in client briefings and help manage the candidate lifecycle.
