Your Role
Razer Merchant Services Sdn. Bhd. (“FIUU”) is a leading fintech company committed to delivering exceptional payment services to clients. The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Intern to join its team and assist with merchant submission and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the merchant submission and onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Communicate with merchants to gather necessary information and provide support throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant submissions and onboarding status in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with the business development and operations onboarding team to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the onboarding process.
- Provide administrative support to the business support team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the merchant onboarding process.
Learning Objectives:
- Gain hands-on experience in the merchant submission and onboarding process.
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting with merchants and internal teams.
- Learn to manage and organize large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
- Understand the importance of compliance and documentation in the onboarding process.

About You
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
