Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As an Administrator, of Banking Treasury Operations, you are responsible for timely and accurate end-to-end processing of trades according to cut-off and SLAs.

Region: APAC

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What will you do?

  • Trade processing of loans, Deposits & establish new credit facilities in systems.
  • Input and maintain credit information in the book of record and related databases to ensure all facilities are correctly recorded.
  • Assist with the preparation of Regulatory reports and reports for Management information
  • Maintain and archive credit administration files
  • Approve loan drawdowns and collateral releases as appropriate
  • Processing of Remittances, FX & FX Derivatives
  • Receive/Deliver settlement instructions

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience within a Private Bank or Wealth Management environment, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Understanding of treasury fundamentals (interest rate, FOREX). Good computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in the English Language
  • Committed and responsible with an attitude to ensure accuracy and completeness Nice-to-have

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Avaloq system, experience with managing client data
