Responsibilities

  • Contribute to ongoing client satisfaction by ensuring their needs and expectations are met through service excellence; propose initiatives to improve service quality and help resolve issues.

  • Responsible for all activities are being completed and delivered within agreed timeframes, ensure each individual transaction is entered against appropriate documents.

  • Carry out cross-training for developmental and backup purposes, ensure ownership of the training plan for direct reports.

  • Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or company policies.

  • Assist in business improvement and client integration projects.

  • Participate in decreasing the risk of errors in the team by suggesting appropriate controls and updating procedures.

  • Ensure that team processing policy and procedures are kept relevant and updated at all times.

  • Support the identification of new technology and operational processes to effectively reduce costs, increase quality service and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education with an economical background/finance or equivalent experience.

  • Good interpersonal and networking skills with a proven track record of dealing with clients, senior management, colleagues, and staff

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)

  • Digital savviness with strong MS Office and Excel skills
