Job Description

• To capture and generate market notices for all Income and Corporate Action events advising clients of upcoming events, capturing all client instructions associated with optional events, and ensure accurate and timely processing of all resulting entitlements
• To provide Proxy Services to clients for both physical and Depository eligible securities, managing the activity through in-house support and our third-party vendor relationships
• To administer Class Services to clients, managing the activity through in-house support and third-party vendor relationships
• Responsible for all client inquiries and support associated with all Entitlement related events.

Job Summary:

• Responsibility over the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided, risk and regulatory compliance of our processing practices and the overall superior delivery of entitlements services to our clients.
• This role will also actively participate in the implementation of continuous quality, efficiency, risk mitigation and metrics program to support ongoing capacity modeling and benchmarking.
• To review processes and procedures in the Entitlements department to evaluate risk and provide recommendations to reduce or eliminate.
