Your role

About the internship:

The intern will work closely to provide technical support and assist with various informatics projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in IT/Informatics, as they will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Passionate and energetic in information technology functions in the areas of Informatics.
• Learn and practice basic day-to-day work or projects.
• Engage in networking with colleagues from other businesses, IT functions, and Senior Management on best work practices. Chance to form lasting relationships and improve communication and collaboration skills.
• Discover within your team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities, for example working on the proof of concept topics, improvement activities, and creating learning materials in a learning management system.
• Delivering high levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Performing other relevant support activities as and when required.

Requirements for this internship:

• Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of study.
• Available for a minimum period of 3 months, preferably 6 months and above.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
