Your role

In this role, the intern will support the daily tasks of the People Development & Operations Specialist within the People & Culture team.

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the following:

  • Support the processing, application, and submission process related to the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC) training grant and claims
  • Assist in updating the HRDC training grant tracker with relevant data and input 
  • Render support for on-ground coordination tasks related to Learning & Development programs organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team
  • Assist in updating the site training calendar with relevant data and input 
  • Liaison support with the stakeholders or requestors related to HRDC grant and training-related matters
  • Render support for site initiatives and events organized by the People & Culture Business Partner team
  • Assist in compiling related raw data for scheduled meetings and reporting purposes 
  • Render support for new joiners’ onboarding and induction program

About you

Qualifications required for this internship:

  • You are an enrolled student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or in a related field.
