Job description
The intern will join the Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei Talent Acquisition team and work with various stakeholders such as hiring managers, candidates, and university partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
As part of the Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei Talent Acquisition Team, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to and involved in Campus recruitment and Talent Market Research, Sourcing, and Pipeline initiatives.
What will you do?
- Campus Recruitment and interview and selection process for Internship & Graduate Program
- Support the selection process for the graduate recruitment program, including the assessment center
- Maintain good working relationships with key university partners and organizations
- Talent Market Research, Sourcing/ Screening, and Pipeline initiatives for experienced hires
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business / Marketing / Human Resources / similar
- Interest in Talent Acquisition - Engaging with talents
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Analytics skill
- Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
