- Complete all assigned complex process activities (Period End Activities, Reporting & MRD maintenance) in a timely and accurate manner
- Support with monthly Timewriting compilation and computation
- Provide support to other team members on complex issues using knowledge and experience
- Provide expertise to FO and non-FO stakeholders: Technical SAP/ GFRM / IFRS subject matter expert
- Initiate and contribute to process improvements
- Resolve and escalate issues timely and effectively
- Comply with team, centre, process and global policies and procedures
- Manage effectively interfaces with FO and non-FO stakeholders, build an end to end perspective
- Account Reconciliation (Blackline) preparer role
- Ensure operational and design effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility as Control operator (RDS, FCM, business)
Requirements
- Complete handover and perform independently within a short time period.
- The requirement to support and deliver business change and project deliverables as required.
- Prioritization and time management skills during peak closing period.
- Build trust and confidence in cooperation within Finance Operations (e.g. Connect, Fixed Asset, CM, etc)
- Exceptionally strong team-working across different portfolios of entities (centralized process for all entities in KL).
- Cooperation with multiple stakeholders
- The necessity to constantly update knowledge within finance
- Work in a process heavily loaded towards deadlines
