Job Description

• Maintain asset hierarchy, perform related analysis in SAP PM and CMMS tools, and provide other ad hoc general SAP data support.
• Maintain and improve master data Quality based on Z6 Feedback from Notifications and Work orders from the local Maintenance community, ensuring alignment with global and local data standards.
• Manage Z6 implementation process and deliver improvements on implementation time.
• Provide support to conduct system testing on agreed developments, including data validation in integrated systems.
• Provide recommendations for the data fixes in SAP PM that may impact business activities and deliver quick and accurate solutions to eliminate or minimize negative impact to users/processes.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and make data improvements by working closely with CMMS Maintenance Analyst, business users to identify opportunities, business requirements. Assist in the appropriate recommendations and action plans.
• Ensures that training materials and work instructions are updated in the context of SAP Blueprint.
• Regularly communicating and coordinating with Asset stakeholders relating to Plant Maintenance data requests and data assurance projects.
• Support projects and activities agreed by Asset Upstream business.
• Ensure the deliverables for Data Management in SAP-PM/QM, Master Data Change Process & other assigned data processes by contributing, providing support to CMMS Maintenance Analyst.
• Liaise with Facility Z6 Requestors and Approvers, where appropriate
• Support the CMMS Maintenance Analyst and other engineers performing primary functions, with a scope covering Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), technical data and documents of assets.
• Ensuring the maintenance data management as per Business defined Standards & Global Standards.
• Participation in Group efforts to standardize processes, tools, benchmarks, standards and best practices. The role may also be assigned as part of the Site Team or Project Team working under CMMS Maintenance Analyst.
• IT skills with tools knowledge like Power BI, Spotfire, SQL Innowera, Database Knowledge etc. would be an added advantage.
