Your role

As a Business Development Operations Executive - Retail and Fulfillment at Shopee Malaysia, you will have the following duties:

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory and outbound monitoring, and perform root cause analysis whenever there is an issue raised by stakeholders.
• Utilise analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into supply chain performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate categorization, tagging, product descriptions, and dimensions for all items listed.
• Ensure all reporting and tasks are done in a timely manner including inventory adjustments payout and wallet adjustments submission.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address brands/customers' complaints, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to provide support in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain, and assist in maintaining project documentation and outcome monitoring.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
