Your role

As a Business Finance Operations, you will join The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team at Shopee. The team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. Here are the detailed tasks you will do:

• Manage budget and approval process for Offline Marketing - coordinate Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Invoices & Goods Receipts.
• Support the team in validating requests, providing guidance, and conducting reconciliation with the finance & business team.
• Assist in maintaining key report trackers & keep track of each function’s spending.
• Liaise with other business teams (internal only) to facilitate the flow & process of daily operation work.
• Opportunities to conduct process optimization & improvement initiatives where required
