As data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Job Description:

• Create KPI trackers, download boards and any ad-hoc reports
• Provide inputs for business team budget planning and data-driven decision making strategy
• Provide data-driven analysis for campaigns and user behavior
• Automating manual reporting process by SQL/Python
• Ad-hoc requests to provide data support to other business functions
• Partnering with business teams on data-driven decision making strategy

Requirements:

• Exposure or experience in data analyst/business intelligence roles is preferred
• Solid and proven technical skills, SQL, Python, Excel, Google Sheets etc
• Be able to do storytelling from numbers to business
• Detail-oriented and excellent data sense
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Background in fast-growing industries (Internet, consulting etc) preferred
