Your role

As an Operations Excellence Intern - SPX Xpress, you have to do the following tasks:

• Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within Last Mile delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all Last Mile Hubs in Malaysia.
• Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
• Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.

Training & development

An intern at Shopee Malaysia shared her training and development experience during the program. On the first day, the interns will receive a welcome gift bag with stationery and a Shopee notebook, along with the laptop. Next, you will get the onboarding briefing to know the company's core values, culture, and environment. Then, you will be supervised by a mentor to do the projects and assignments. About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably familiar with the last-mile delivery process.
• Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia for on-site analysis and support.
