About the team
The Operations Team covers the process from start to finish, from when a buyer searches for a product on Shopee, to when a buyer receives a product. This team analyzes & monitors Key Performance Indicators & performs analysis if operational performance fluctuates. This team consists of Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Warehouse, Shipping, Sales Operations, and Fraud.
Job Description
- Thoroughly investigate real-time and backdated accounts along with their respective orders to mitigate risks based on various pre-set risk rules
- Administrate Workforce Management (WFM) tool to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, especially in the capacity of planning and scheduling
- Perform real-time monitoring and mitigation action plans
- Work closely with management to execute it
- Assume responsibility for other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Open for all final year students from logistics and supply chain with Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Candidates with no / less than 1 year of experience are welcomed
- Able to commence a full-time internship for minimum 3 months
- Has the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Detailed oriented
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
