Job Description:

• Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers
• Contact existing merchants to engage them to participate in various marketing campaigns (e.g. securing deals, vouchers) and programmes
• Follow-up and deal with merchants' complaints or issues

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in any field. Experience in e-commerce industry and client management would be added advantage
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent command in Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English to facilitate cross border interactions and discussions across stakeholders
