Your role

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Scout, identify and review properties according to SPX relocation/expansion requirements
• Liaison between Landlords, Real Estate Agents
• Input and maintain Property Scouting, Rating Sheet, and Property Status
• Compile documents for business license applications, utility account openings,s and vendor registration
• Present potential property for approval to enter into tenancy and site visit arrangement

About you

To apply for this role at Shopee Malaysia, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Property/Real-estate or other related fields
• Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and adaptability to changes
