Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Handling reservations & inquiries from various channels, ie. International, travel agent, corporate, online, email, and call-in.
• Preparing monthly reports. ie: frequent flyer, TACO, travel agent, sales productivity, and ad hoc reports
• Assisting sales personnel with their daily task ie: Quotations, Master Contracts, updating debts, Invoices, etc.
• Assist in marketing programs- To conduct market intelligence on competitor’s rates, promotions, activities, and other major events.
• To achieve the sales target allocated by AVP I – Sales
• To service specific market segments as designated.
• To ensure quotations and customer queries are promptly prepared and sent.
• To ensure ad-hoc and monthly reports requested by the AVP I – Sales are meticulously prepared and submitted on time.
• To be thoroughly familiar with the products and services offered by the company.
• To be pleasant and polite at all times.
• To initiate a complete profile of each and every client and their contribution to the company.
• To ensure customer designation, contact particulars, and logistic data are constantly updated.
• To establish and maintain a good working relationship with all staff within the company.
• To maintain a high level of awareness and involvement in all projects concerning the sales and marketing department.
