Your role

In this role, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Monthly Operational activities 
  • Create projects in the AX system with complete documentation submitted by Business Units (BU) 
  • Generate tax invoices & milestone invoices. 
  • Create service call. 
  • Create EMR until received to job site. 
  • Release equipment to job site when delivery criteria are met. 
  • Estimate revenue and project cost. 
  • Post project expenses journal & ensure all items required posting to WIP. 
  • Scoring for CAT machine and engine 
  • Update trade information 
  • Eliminate project. 
  • Matching of debtor’s invoices, when CN is being created in projects. 
  • Create EMR for internal movement, inbound movement, and 3rd party movement. 
  • Create free tax for BU where necessary. 
  • Create a rental contract for the engine (only PSD) 
  • Rental billing for the engine (only PSD) 
  • Project budget revision when required. 
  • Salesman commission claimable & actual amount posting 
  • Detach buckets for NM. 
• Monthly reporting 
  • Housekeeping for project-related accounts 
• Others 
  • To assist with ad hoc Management’s request for analysis and reports
