Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the purchasing team to identify potential suppliers and conduct product sourcing to meet the company's requirements.
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and favorable agreements.
• Assist in coordinating stock replenishment activities, including requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders (POs), and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Verify and match invoices with purchase orders to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Aid in processing requisitions for routine and ad hoc supplies, ensuring that the required items are acquired promptly to meet operational needs.
• Assist in accurately updating incoming and outgoing stocks into the inventory system to maintain an up-to-date and organized record of inventory levels.
• Keep the supervisor and Head of Department informed about the progress of assigned tasks, providing regular updates on procurement activities.
• Be proactive in attending to ad-hoc requests related to purchasing and inventory tasks, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
