Responsible on the cell culture and molecular testing/activities in QC lab under cleanroom condition according to approved test methods and SOPs.
To perform testing on drug substances and finished products in accordance with the established procedures.
To prepare worksheet and reports on analysed samples in a timely manner.
To support change controls, investigations, CAPAs, deviation etc when necessary.
Participate in external/internal audit and follow up the corrective action and preventive action needs.
To amend or establish SOPs, testing method and specification when necessary.
To monitor and purchase laboratory/testing consumables when necessary.
To liaise with vendors regarding equipment’s calibration, preventive maintenance, breakdown, purchases, installation etc.
To ensure GMP and GLP practices are strictly adhered at all time.
To assist in water sampling and environmental monitoring when necessary.
To perform method validation when necessary.
To assist in product complaint investigation or testing failure when necessary.
To identify areas for continuous improvement.
To assist in staff training when required.
To maintain laboratory cleanliness.
Other duties as assigned by QC supervisor.
