Job Description
As a Sales and Admin Executive, your role encompasses a range of duties and responsibilities related to both sales activities and administrative tasks. Here are some typical duties and responsibilities associated with this position:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales-related tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and tenders bid documents. Help coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or complaints. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is obtained and recorded. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, such as product catalogs, brochures, and sales presentations. Ensure that these materials are up to date, accurate, and readily accessible to the sales team.
- Assist Manager prepare regular sales reports to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.
- Provide administrative support during sales events, conferences, and meetings.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Apply and renew licenses and certification. Liaise with the authority and regulatory body.
- Manage correspondence, responding to emails.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining proper filing systems.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business or Sales Administration
