- Import and upload the management accounts/trial balance / interco / related party transaction (“RRPT”) / other relevant reports of non-FSSC companies into the Financial Consolidation System (“FCS”)
- Check and review the financial statements uploaded into FCS
- Enter manual consolidation adjustments into FCS and run consolidation, check and analyze the consolidated reports
- Preparing notes to income statement and notes to balance sheet
- Preparing RRPT report and ensuring submission to Group Internal Audit Department within the agreed timeline
- To assist in preparing Group financial statements, including the notes/schedules to financial statements for the external auditors review.
- Liaison with business units and FSSC to ensure timely submission of FCS reports.
- To assist in any other tasks assigned from time to time
