Study and review architect drawing on layout design, public facilities / amenities, M&E provision and structural design.
To understand the feasibility of the proposed shopping mall and its limitation.
Compile and follow-up with project team on the special requirements of the prospects.
Conduct market study of the surrounding development of the new shopping mall, to extract and compile the useful information from market study to identify the market opportunities and problems.
Assist in preparation of presentation materials and project fact sheet.
Assist in collecting the average rent of all the relevant properties in the surrounding of the new shopping mall.
Outline Leasing, Planning & Implementation schedule.
Keep track of market trend and constantly conduct market research and feasibility studies.
To assist leasing activities and develops customer/prospective contacts to achieve business aims.
To manage product/tenant mix, rental, and budget according agreed targets.
Maintains existing tenants and develops new tenants to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities
Liaises and negotiates internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Some experience in retail planning & consulting, property management, and shopping mall environment involvement in asset enhancement will be a plus point.
Understand and experience in market research on shopping malls in order to keep abreast of retail property developments, retail demands in the market. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
Good understanding of shopping mall zoning and tenant mix.
Sound understanding of the building design and layout of Shopping Mall.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
Good team player with strong analytical skills.
