We are looking for an individual who enjoys engaging with audience on multiple platforms, most importantly on social media. You are one who enjoys creative digital work - creating content, designing artwork and editing videos. You should also enjoy planning and organising events. The incumbent will be part of the Sunway Alumni Relations team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new and creative strategies to increase alumni engagement using various communication channels and events.
• Explore new social media platforms and manage social media communications by creating and managing awesome content designed to ignite passion and grow the social network community.
• Conceptualise, organise and implement effective alumni-related events, ensuring maximum coverage and exposure.
• Leverage on social media to generate event buzz and engage alumni pre-event, during and post-event.
• Ensure that alumni and Sunway Alumni Relations receive exposure across multiple communications platforms, including marketing collateral, newsletters, emails, website and social media.
• Build up branding of alumni and Sunway Alumni Relations across campus, faculties and departments.
• Communicate with various stakeholders on campus to source for content and ensure success of events.
• Develop benefits programme for alumni and disseminate via communication channels to encourage engagement.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communications or similar.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and After Effects is a plus.
• Digitally savvy and actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities.
• Impeccable language skills: Articulate in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in planning and executing successful campaigns and events.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
