Job Description 

  • assist in managing daily housekeeping operations for guest / resident’s rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and common areas.
  • ensure rooms and common areas are clean and available to guests / residents in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • ensure housekeeping procedures and training checklists are in place, maintained and adhered to.
  • assist in monitoring resident’s satisfaction and address feedback efficiently and effectively.
  • report deficiencies in a timely manner and maintain detailed logs.
  • responsible for addressing complaints.
  • provide supervision, counselling and evaluations to junior staff members.
  • oversee and conduct room inspections to ensure that standards are met. 
  • ensure efficient use of resources for housekeeping functions. 
  • be aware of a critical issue at each residence which relate to housekeeping matter and provide guidance and support to resolve the matter.
  • maintain good relationship with customers, clients and others units in the organization.

Requirements 

  • Tertiary qualification supported by experience of working in a multicultural environment. Relevant working experience in Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
  • High level of Integrity and able to work on weekends and public holidays if is requires.
  • Ability to update room status report in accordance with department procedures.
  • Able to work independently as part of the team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
