Passionate in handling guest check-ins, chesk-outs and enquiries
Positive work attitude, punctual, reliable, responsible and willing to work on shifts as assigned by the division (e.g 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)
Pleasant disposition and excellent inerpersoal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
It will be an advantage for those with at least a minimum of one (1) year experience in the Front Office of a deluxe Hotel with knowledge in OPERA systems
Responsibility
Handles Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, Check-ins (registration) and departures for check-outs (cashiering) of all the hotel guests
Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
Handles face to face guest requests and enquiries articulating accurate advise on products, services and happenings within the hotel as well as Sunway Group
